WomTra operates as an online e-commerce marketplace platform and intermediary, connecting buyers with women entrepreneurs and sellers. In accordance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, WomTra functions solely as an intermediary facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.

WomTra does not own, manufacture, or directly sell any products listed on the Platform. The responsibility for product quality, accuracy, legality, and fulfillment rests entirely with the respective sellers.

• All seller information submitted during onboarding must be genuine, accurate, and up to date.
• WomTra may verify seller identity through government-issued documents and business registration records.
• Seller data will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy for operational, compliance, and ecosystem security purposes.
• WomTra reserves the right to request periodic re-verification of seller credentials.
• Providing false documentation, misleading details, or fraudulent verification attempts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

• With Sellers: Buyer name, delivery address, and contact details are shared with sellers to fulfill orders.

• With Logistics Partners: Delivery addresses and contact details are shared with courier and fulfillment partners for shipping.
